I have joined a Crossfit box last year around March 2012. I was easily addicted to it. I saw improvements. Due to work, I have not been able to go as often. I used to do 2 wods a day 5x a week. Then, it decreased to just going to the gym to 3x a week. February came and I was not able to go at all due to work demands. Now, it’s May… I’m trying to get back to where I was before. I have not been eating properly as well. I just am disappointed in myself. I gave in to temptations and neglected my body. Now, getting back to it is a bit tough. I just have to make sure I prioritize this over anything else. Also, I must start the healthy eating habits once again.
