I’m so bummed out right now. I can’t do crossfit for the next few days. :(( It’s like something’s missing from my life.

So I was so close to finishing this when I twisted and sprained my right ankle while running. I was icing it as soon as I got home. Hopefully, it starts feeling better soon.

Finally able to redeem myself - and it felt awesome! However, during the mobility workout out, we also did some Handstand push ups. Well, sad to say, I am still unable to do. It’s more of a mental thing. I’m scared of falling off so, I couldn’t do it at all. Any suggestions to overcome this fear?

I sucked today. I completed up to 6 burpees. It was so close. only 4 more.. Damn! My stamina has been awful lately. Ugh! :( I’m so upset at my performance today. GAH! I’m so frustrated. Not only did I not do the prescribed, I couldn’t even finish the Workout.
I need to build my stamina. Maybe, i’ll start running in the morning again?
